Raffles Jeddah is positioned as a luxury hospitality property in a prime coastal area of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Combining business accommodation with a resort-oriented environment, the project called for a comprehensive furniture solution suited to an upscale international hotel setting.

The furniture package covered fully customized guest room furniture, lobby reception furniture, high-end restaurant and banquet furniture, and fixed cabinetry for public areas. Guest Room Furniture

The guest room package was developed as a complete customized furniture solution for the hotel's accommodation spaces. Rather than focusing on individual pieces, the furnishing arrangement addressed the requirements of the room as a whole, covering essential areas for rest, work, storage, and guest use. Furniture details were developed in relation to the room layouts and interior specifications, allowing customized dimensions, configurations, and finishes to be incorporated into the final production.

Lobby Furniture

The lobby furniture package was centered around the hotel's reception and arrival experience. Reception furniture and supporting pieces were developed to work within the designated layout while accommodating the functional requirements of a high-end hospitality environment. Custom manufacturing allowed the furniture details to follow the project's design direction, with dimensions and configurations adjusted to the specific space.

Restaurant Furniture

Furniture for the hotel's high-end dining areas was supplied according to the requirements of the restaurant layouts and interior concept. Tables, chairs, and supporting furniture were considered in relation to guest seating, circulation, and service operations. The furniture package was developed with attention to proportions, placement, and coordination with the surrounding interior elements.

Outdoor Furniture

Outdoor furniture formed part of the wider hospitality furnishing requirements for the property. Furniture for designated exterior spaces was considered according to the intended guest use and the characteristics of the surrounding environment. The outdoor package was handled alongside the indoor furniture scope to support the property's overall furnishing requirements.

Public Area Furniture

Public areas required a combination of furniture and fixed cabinetry to support the hotel's shared spaces. The scope included fixed storage and furnishing elements developed for designated public-area applications. Each component was considered in relation to its location, functional purpose, and connection with the surrounding interior, allowing the fixed elements to form an integrated part of the space.

Banquet Furniture

Banquet areas required furniture capable of supporting formal dining, hospitality functions, and different event arrangements. Tables and chairs were supplied according to the spatial and operational requirements of the designated banquet areas. The furniture configuration took into account seating organization and movement, allowing the spaces to accommodate a range of hospitality and event functions.

OEM Production

OEM production was provided for customized hotel furniture according to the approved project specifications. We translated the required furniture details into production-ready components while adapting the manufacturing process to different product types and applications. The service supported both individual customized pieces and larger furniture packages required across the hotel.

Custom Furniture Manufacturing

We undertook high-end custom furniture manufacturing for the hotel's guest rooms, lobby, dining areas, banquet spaces, and public areas. Production was based on the project's furniture specifications and design information.
