Marunouchi Hotel is situated in Tokyo's central Marunouchi business district, an established commercial area with a strong concentration of offices, retail, and hospitality facilities. The project called for a furniture package suited to an upscale urban hotel environment, with particular attention to guest room functionality and public-area presentation.

The furniture scope covered complete guest room furniture, lobby reception furniture, and restaurant tables and chairs. Custom manufacturing and design cooperation were provided as part of the project, together with furniture and related furnishing supply.

Guest Room Furniture

A complete furniture package was supplied for the hotel's guest rooms, covering the main pieces required for accommodation and everyday use. The furniture arrangement was developed around the room layouts, with consideration for sleeping, working, storage, and guest circulation. Furniture dimensions and configurations were matched with the available space and interior requirements, allowing the individual pieces to function as part of a complete guest room setting.

Lobby Furniture

The lobby furniture centered on the reception area and its supporting functions. Furniture placement was planned in relation to guest arrival, reception activities, and movement through the entrance space. Custom furniture production allowed the required pieces to follow the project's specified dimensions and design details while fitting into the overall lobby arrangement.

Restaurant Furniture

Tables and chairs were provided for the hotel's restaurant area, with the furniture configuration adapted to the dining layout. Seating arrangement, circulation, and available floor space were considered when coordinating the furniture package. The finished pieces were produced according to the project specifications and incorporated into the restaurant environment as part of the wider hotel furniture supply.

Outdoor Furniture

Outdoor furniture was included in the project's broader furniture scope for designated exterior areas. The selection was arranged around the intended use of these spaces, with practical seating and supporting furniture provided where required. The outdoor pieces were handled alongside the indoor furniture package to support the overall furnishing requirements of the property.

Public Area Furniture

Furniture for public areas was considered according to the functions and spatial characteristics of the hotel's shared spaces. The package included supporting furniture associated with guest circulation and common-use areas. Each piece was manufactured or supplied according to its designated application, with dimensions and placement coordinated against the relevant interior layouts.

OEM Production

OEM production was provided for furniture developed specifically for the project. We followed the agreed drawings, specifications, and furniture details during manufacturing, adapting production arrangements to the requirements of different hotel areas. This service supported the production of customized furniture while keeping the supplied pieces aligned with the project's design and functional requirements.

Custom Furniture Manufacturing

We undertook custom furniture manufacturing based on the hotel's design information and project specifications. Production covered the complete guest room furniture package together with lobby and restaurant furniture. Rather than using a single standard configuration, individual furniture pieces were produced according to their intended location, dimensions, construction requirements, and relationship with the surrounding interior.

Design Cooperation

The project involved cooperation on furniture design and detailing before production. We reviewed the relationship between furniture dimensions, room layouts, functional requirements, and the surrounding interior scheme.
